Patrick Weinberg

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Weinberg is responsible for global finance and IT operations, investor relations and the overall strategic financial direction of the Company. Patrick brings three decades of deep financial expertise and a strong international background in specialty chemicals and life science industries. His broad experience includes corporate restructurings as well as M&A and post-deal integration in both publicly and private equity owned companies. Most recently, Patrick worked for private equity owned SI Group, a global leader in chemical intermediates, performance additives and active pharmaceutical ingredients, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to SI Group, he held executive positions at Royal DSM and Addivant in Europe and the US. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Accounting, and an MBA from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
