Kelly Lawry

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Kelly oversees the human resources and communications functions for the Company. She brings more than 18 years of human resources experience from a variety of industries including aerospace, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, distribution, as well as energy and logistics. In these roles, she has worked in both public and private equity settings. Kelly joined ILC Dover from Clarios, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Clarios, she was the CHRO for a private equity owned company and during her career worked at Dematic, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Sara Lee Corporation, and Honeywell. Kelly earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
